Located at 6111 Reve Ct. Fort Madison, Iowa, Buffalo61 Bar & Grille is one of Southeast Iowa’s favorite restaurants! Whether you are looking for a few drinks and appetizers with friends, one of our BigAss tenderloins, a steak dinner, some live entertainment, your favorite sports, or to hold a party with friends, Buffalo61 Bar & Grille has what you need!

We offer a full selection of all of your favorite drinks! We have a selection of over 30 different beers. We have domestics, craft, imports, and more. We also feature over 100 different spirits, and our bartenders and servers are more than happy to help you find something to enjoy.

Buffalo61 Bar & Grille hours are Sunday-Thursday 11-10, Friday-Saturday 11-midnight. Our tacos are homemade and a favorite to many! We cut our 9oz pork tenderloins, tenderize them, soak them in buttermilk and then bread them with our own special seasoning before we deep fry them! We cut and trim our own USDA Choice steaks in-house!
